Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 3–7 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. The final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. Visit Track Your Order for more help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@zazeb.com as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order ships.
The garment steamer
Which plug should I choose?
Choose US Plug for use in the United States. The EU Plug version is intended for use outside the U.S.
What can I use it on?
Most everyday fabrics such as cotton, linen, and polyester blends. Always check the garment's care label first, and do not use it on leather, suede, vinyl, or fabrics marked "do not iron."
What water should I use?
Clean tap water works, and distilled water can help reduce mineral buildup. Always unplug the steamer before filling or emptying it.
What's in the box?
One handheld garment steamer and one user manual.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What should I do?
Email support@zazeb.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
